This is my first Show and Tell....
What I am showing is the baby quilt I just finished this afternoon. I could not locate the nursery bedding I wanted, so I am attempting to make it all myself. This is the first piece:

The inside piece is Tiffany blue; the outside band is chocolate; the backing is a pattern of both colors on a
khaki background.

Here is a picture taken a little bit closer.
I'll hopefully be able to get the crib skirt and bumper done next weekend. Ukulele only has 6 more weeks to "cook" so I need to get a move-on!

THAT is an absolutely kick-ass baby blanket! Beautiful!
That is gorgeous!!!!
You are a multi-talented lady! Ukulele will be the most color-coordinated baby in town.
It's beautiful, well done! 6 weeks - eek! xo
That is gorgeous! I love the idea of making it since you can't find it. I wish I had the talent to do stuff like that.
That is beautiful. I can't wait to see it all finished.
Very nice!
Even better because you made it yourself. :0)
Sooo pretty and you are so talented!
am late for Show and Tell this week!! That looks lovely - I started my own lap quilt (first time ever!) for Christmas and it isn't looking very finished!! I had better get cracking, but I need to detach myself from my laptop first!
That backing looks exquisite!
That is gorgeous! Much more beautiful than anything you can get in the store.
